There is a loose method to our madness.  The following are some of the items we consider.  Bear in mind that the RWSource is looking for the best interest of the typical user with respect to the below considerations.

The RWSource looks at the overall site content of ads and it associated potential conflicts to the forum.  If there could be conflicts of interest, we look for any statements by the site holders to minimize and self police such conflicts, or better.

We look at the Terms of Service for items that could be detrimental or out of the ordinary for users.

We look at how well the site is organized and its ease of use.

We look at how open the site is to the flow of information for any and all related sources (from a consumer's standpoint).  In this case advertisements are not considered information unless they are confined to a dedicated forums or links that are appropriately labeled.

Site size has little weigh.  Site must provide minimum basic information content to support the premise of the site and have basic organization and functions.

Site must have minimum ethical standards as intrepreted by us.

Any site whose owner, management or representative broaches legal action is subject to a lifetime ban.
