The results of our investigation (ref. 2.3) reveals that the RWD forum (ref. 7.1) no longer meets our minimum standards (ref. 1.7) to remain listed.  After a week of negotiations (ref 13.5), our staff (ref. 8.2) decided to put this matter to rest.  The vote was unanimous to impose the first RWSource ban on the RWD site.
